Prior to commencing your AMD IT Advantage contract, Your designated IT Account Manager will carry out a review of your current systems, gain a thorough understanding of your business and its direction and work with you in setting strategic IT goals. These agreed goals will form the backbone of your contract.

IT Account Management

With AMD IT Advantage comes regular dialogue with your dedicated IT Manager. Planned face to face meeting will close the feedback loop and build on our business relationship. Planned maintenance transforming your technology support method from a reactive “break and fix” pattern into a more advantageous proactive and preventative methodology

Fixed Monthly Subscription

The standard contract is a 12 month minimum term followed by a rolling 90 days notice period. Payment is monthly in advance by DD for subscription fees.
